Beautiful Lunar Landscape’s Alone in this Dark Romantic Night music video is continuing to attract attention. It’s currently video of the week on the excellent music zine Sonic Frontiers as well as being a featured video on the equally wonderful Angry Ape zine.

After far too long on the benches Enargeia are finally back on the stage wielding guitars and electronics and filling the room with sound in a way only they can. Head down to The Bakery (233 James Street, Northbridge, Perth, Western Australia) on Thursday 20th September 2007 at 8pm to witness the sonic terraforming machine that is Enargeia. You will not be disappointed.

Hidden Shoal Recordings today announced the signing of Portland based avant popsters Iretsu to its roster of artists.

Iretsu’s ensemble-generated formula spans genres of pop, world, chamber and electronica. Most accurately described as “avant-everything” (St Johns Sentinel), Iretsu’s boundless creativity and exquisite songcraft are allowed to run riot and collide in colourful and engaging compositions. With a blend of male and female vocals and an arrangement of twice as many instruments as members, Iretsu delivers a musical spectacle. - Press release extract.
