Hidden Shoal showcase on BreakThru Radio!

From 10th June, New York’s BreakThru Radio will feature Hidden Shoal as their latest showcase label. DJ Mojo, who recently described Hidden Shoal as “This generation’s 4AD”, will curate and present a special HSR showcase, which promises to be an awesome listen. Hidden Shoal in Textura’s Top Ten Labels of 2007 List

2007 has been a wonderful year for the Hidden Shoal label and its artists and it just got some thick icing layered all over the top of it. Textura magazine, the astute and passionate purveyors of fine new music, have chosen Hidden Shoal Recordings as one of its top ten favourite labels of 2007. Amazon Distribution for HSR Catalogue

Hidden Shoal Recordings has announced it will partner with Amazon to deliver it’s catalogue digitally through the company’s Amazon Mp3 service. From today the entire Hidden Shoal Recordings catalogue comprising over 25 releases will be available for purchase through Amazons newly developed digital music service.

Included in the titles available at Amazon MP3 is the recently released avante pop masterpiece “The Moon and Stars Remain in the Morning Sky” by Portlands Iretsu, the stunning sophomore album “The Slow and Steady Winter” by US ambient artist Slow Dancing Society and the astonishing indie bliss rock that is “Alone in this Dark Romantic Night” by French trip rock outfit Beautiful Lunar Landscape.

HSR on Conceptual Ambience
